Do I need travel medical insurance?
Yes. All LATI-TUDE Travel guests are required to have appropriate emergency medical and evacuation coverage for the duration of their journey. Travel insurance is not included in the journey price. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment.
Travelers are responsible for selecting and purchasing coverage appropriate for their itinerary.

What is your cancellation policy?
Each LATI-TUDE Travel journey requires advance reservations and financial commitments with accommodations, transportation providers, park authorities, and local partners. Payments made toward your journey are non-refundable in accordance with the terms of our Booking Agreement.
To help protect your travel investment, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and interruption insurance through the provider of your choice.
How far in advance should I reserve my journey?
We recommend reserving your journey 6–12 months in advance to maximize availability and secure preferred accommodations and experiences.
However, if you're ready to travel sooner, we'd love to hear from you. Depending on availability, we can often accommodate bookings on much shorter notice even within a few weeks.
Can dietary restrictions or accessibility needs be accommodated?
Yes. We are happy to work with you and our hospitality partners to accommodate dietary preferences, food allergies, and medically necessary dietary restrictions. Please let us know your needs during the planning process so we can coordinate with our partners in advance.
While ingredient availability may vary in some locations, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your dietary needs throughout your journey.
What is included in my journey?
Each Signature Collection includes accommodations, meals specifically identified in your itinerary, planned transportation within Tanzania, park entry fees, scheduled activities, and the services described for your selected journey.
Not Included In My Journey.
International airfare, travel medical insurance, trip cancellation insurance, passport and visa fees, and meals or beverages outside the published itinerary are not included. This includes meals during personal free time, nightlife experiences, alcoholic beverages, and personal purchases unless specifically stated in your itinerary.
Do I need any vaccinations or health precautions before traveling to Tanzania?
Travelers should consult with their physician or a qualified travel health provider well in advance of departure to discuss recommended vaccinations, medications, and health precautions for travel to Tanzania and East Africa. Requirements and recommendations may vary based on. individual health history, travel plans, and current health guidance
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your journey. If you wish to recognize exceptional service during your travels, gratuities may be offered at your discretion and are always appreciated
